Pros
Great pay if you are in the right store. Store managers are payed very well, depending on how well your liked. Great product to sell and great customers. Opportunity for advancement , but only if you become friends with the field management.
Cons
Company is switching over to corporate micro management and moving Salaried employees to hourly. Employees were once very well respected but recent changes are putting employees concerns aside in favor of cost cutting(Cutting cost on a company that has been profitable the last 5 years). 44 hour work week- the four extra hours are paid as overtime but equated into your payplan.
