-Ridiculously low pay for what is required -Zero work-life balance -Zero communication to DM or RM if you are not the Store Manager -Policies are constantly changing so everything is extremely confusing for employees -The company opened too many stores too quickly and resulted in many stores missing budget year after year -It is too hard to fire employees. There are several store managers that should not still be employed and it affects every employee within that city -Zero training
