The plane is crashing - Store Manager Clarks Employee Review

Oh where do i begin? Do i start with the fact that a week before black friday the company decided we no longer needed regional managers? Or the fact that last month it was decided that the company no longer needed district managers? Or the fact that starting this week they decided the stores no longer needed a full-time team lead (keyholder)? Where should i start with all the negatives that there is to choose from?
