Pros

- Compensation was great, especially with a Leadership role, which is intended for money laundering. - Onboarding provides an overview of the company and what you are expected to do for that role, but it goes beyond your job description as a free laborer.

Cons

- Not for the faint-hearted or those who can’t handle high-pressure environments. - Extremely stressful and toxic workplace culture. - Previously experienced poor alignment and lack of proper documentation when it comes to changes and task responsibilities. - Leadership and management tend to be manipulative and dismissive. - Feedback is only acknowledged when it benefits them, leaving little room for genuine improvement. - Overtime work is not compensated in this role. - Serious concerns regarding the company’s practices and overall work environment. Clarvida PH GBC is not recommended as an employer. - Leadership receives significantly higher compensation despite delegating most responsibilities to processors. - Culture & Values are being preached but not followed. - Making Promises that they don't follow through. Be ready to get anxiety, and if you're healthy, congrats, you'll be eligible for medications and therapy.

Working and building relationships with the clients.

Cons

If the clients don’t come to school or if the parent cancels a session, you don’t get paid.
