Pros

These clients need you, and you feel so lucky that you are needed. They are very difficult clients, level ten, some of them. (renew consulting will take just about anyone, because they want the income) When you build relationships with each of them and learn how to HELP them function better in their day to day lives... I have to say that feeling is a great feeling. When your clients that can barely remember what they ate for dinner the night before can remember your name and your shift then you are definitely doing something right.

Cons

The pay is not worthy. There is someone of higher power that lives in a beautiful, large home (too large for her) and drives a nicer car than any of our clients have every even been inside of. She take vacations(ON RENEW) and so much more. The clients get taken advantage of in many ways. I had reported three abuse situations. Renew fired one employee but soon after everything blew over he was re hired. EVEN THOUGH our client would feel unsafe and hide in his room. It is only about money for KATHY. KATHY will find a way to fire anyone that is a whistle blower just to cover her business' flaws. NO employee is care for. NO client is loved. MMINIMAL PAY. You are lucky to actually get your EVALS finished on time. and goodluck actually getting a hold on anyone in HR.... They screen calls. BY FAR the WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL, SECRETIVE, company. good luck

Working and building relationships with the clients.

Cons

If the clients don’t come to school or if the parent cancels a session, you don’t get paid.
