      Pros

      At one point this company appreciated their hard working employees, can't say this about this company now.

      Cons

      No staff appreciation, UNFAIR wages for the same positions, have less than qualified people in management/supervisory positions, zero trainings & support for current employees, senior leadership doesn't care/listen to employees- they just ridicule employees at their service center "meetings"

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
