      Great company to work for they care about their employees and the clients they serve

      Cons

      They could have higher pay rate for salary. Do not like their salary plus option program, when do not have enough client sessions on your work load

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
