The company has a very dismal system for their employees. For this position they do not pay for any day that you are not in the school. Which includes holidays, snow days, delays etc. They require that you do notes and home visits on your own time, for which they do not pay you. They have been known to belittle and gossip about employees and will fire people instead of allowing them to put in their two weeks notice.
