      Pros

      Working with the families and seeing a child make progress. My BSC on my cases are supportive and helpful. Great trainers the two of them are a dynamic duo. They take their jobs seriously while having fun and making you feel supported.

      Cons

      Many people seem unhappy with the company. Running all over the place and it's hard to obtain full time status.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
