Great supervision, friendly work environment, supportive staff, reasonable workload, attain clinical hours quickly and easily, rewarding, flexibility, no Medi-Cal billing.

Cons

The cons to this agency are there are no bonuses or additional compensation. There are limited opportunities for growth within the agency once you become a licensed therapist.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
