      Making a difference in the clients life! Helping others.. they offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, paid time off. They offer bonuses and competitive wages. They offer free meals on shift.

      Cons

      Long hours and unpredictable things come up. The job can be demanding at times so be careful not to burn out. Take breaks.

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
