Pros
Personable administration, honestly care about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, rarely boring, more organized administratively than my previous job, and great use of technology for documentation.
Cons
Sometimes HR seems too lenient (issuing a verbal warning when there should have been a write up), and wish I felt more presence from the owner in the satellite offices.
