Benefits- flexible schedule around my own personal schedule- lots of training opportunities- PTO- Growth opportunities

Cons

Pay for long term staff is often significantly lower than new staff coming. I understand we need to have competitive wages to grow and acquire new staff but long term staff deserve more than a 2% raise.

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
