      Pros

      Always lots of opportunity for growth and advancement. Supervisors are incredibly helpful and supportive. Great workplace culture and environment, coworkers typically had positive attitudes and were willing to help each other out.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
