The only positive about the job is getting a paycheck.
Cons
The cons are plentiful. This was the worst place that I’ve ever worked. You are on call basically 24 hours a day, you have no life outside of work, you never see your family, there is emotional and verbal abuse at the hands of management, unethical billing practices are used to get clients authorization and reauthorization for services, the clients are dollar signs, the staff are just warm bodies to see clients, management is horrible and out of touch, the moral is so low everyone quits or runs the risk of being admitted to a mental institution and becoming a client yourself. Management was downright evil and had poor social skills. There was a lack of no how from management so they bombard you with paperwork. Corporate in Fredericksburg and management within the local office was a joke. I’ve met with management about other managers harassing me and the collective staff and nothing was ever done. It was an extreme hostile work environment. The treatment is the clients was no better. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for this company or seek this company for services.
