Pros

Understanding supervisors. Freedom in the work place (not being micro managed). Feed back on therapeutic interventions. Having supervisors available in the event of crisis or any other concerns. Seeing progress made by clients which shows our program does have success stories. This helps prevent feeling "burned out". The company does provide great trainings for mental health, rapport building, and self care. We have a good reputation in the community and are very focused on the well being of our families.

Cons

Family Preservation has a lot of paperwork. Not all of that is their fault as a lot of it is due to medicaid standards. But the company does need to improve on training on paperwork. Many employees think they have a complete understanding of how to do paper work only to find out that months later they either did it incorrectly, or found out there was paper work they were not aware of that needed to be submitted months ago. But luckily they are good about not writing you up when it was clear you were not aware you were responsible for paperwork that no one told you about. After some trial and error you can figure out the paper work and it becomes your daily routine. They just need to do better with training on paperwork.

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
