FBR doesn't care about ethics, and will burnout their staff from unreasonable demands & backstabbing female management. - Anonymous employee Clarvida Employee Review

Pros

The clients can be endearing.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked. Corporate structure means it's all about the money. I was told to "bill hours" and yet when it came to pay for travel time and notes, I was discouraged from clocking in the actual amount of time. Staff rides a fine line between not documenting many of the client's bad behaviors (all forms of abuse to staff, including hitting, biting and verbal abuse) and writing barely enough neediness to justify services.

Pros

Working and building relationships with the clients.

Cons

If the clients don’t come to school or if the parent cancels a session, you don’t get paid.
