Company makes lots of promises about new equipment ... training ... pay raises ... and then nothing happens. Health insurance benefit is horrible -- costs a lot and high deductible. Vacation days provided but you have to find your own coverage. Low mileage reimbursement compared to other companies. Just reduced the phone stipend for using our own phones. State directors are clueless about what the actual job is on a local level -- completely out of touch. Almost total lack of diversity in mid and upper management ---
