Pros
- Working with the kids was very rewarding, especially when they fulfilled goals you were targeting with them. - Gained experience working with kids on the Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Cons
- Compensation isn't the best. - Hours are not guaranteed, it was difficult with the inconsistency considering I was "full time" - Lacking in communication between management and employees.
