      Pros

      I received free training that, once I was hired, I receive wage for. They are always looking for people to work.

      Cons

      The administration is mediocre at best and it seems that they've chosen to expand the company over the well-being of their clients.

      As far as leadership and management, we are always looking to evaluate and improve. Thank you for your input, we look forward to using it as our company continues to grow and expand. If you are willing, we would like to talk more with you about what you mean by “higher qualified individuals” since our CSP positions are entry level and our administration positions are based on education level and experience.

      Working and building relationships with the clients.

      Cons

      If the clients don’t come to school or if the parent cancels a session, you don’t get paid.
