      Had great staff before the changes

      Cons

      Do not support there employers. I have had 4 different Clinical Supervisors in the last 3 months. Feels like I’m a on sinking ship. Changes my position to hourly after being salary. Only care about the money for billing and the employees

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
