      Pros

      I have worked for Maple Star for over 5 years. I love that my supervisor and the director support me. The company will have your back, they respond to your needs, and encourage you to be the best employee you can be. I feel that Maple Star supervisors are reachable and respond to my issues and concerns. Maple Star seems to value my service and hard work.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
