      Pros

      This position has afforded me the opportunity to connect with amazing youth.

      Cons

      Profits from government mental health grants. Absent management. Horrendous pay. Case workers fail the youth they support. Many of my co-workers have explicitly stated that they do not like working with youth. Who hires these people?

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
