      Good learning experience in diverse mental health needs.

      Cons

      Most treatment services are by provided by unskilled case managers, including clients with severe MH and addiction issues. Huge scope of practice red flags. Therapists are mostly used for assessments to authorize billing and not treatment.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
