Sadly, this has been a year of lots of changes with Covid and VA TDT. We are working to create a more streamlined supervision path so everyone is provided communication in a timely and consistent manner.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
