Pros
Fantastic team to work with overall including supervisory support. The clinical director of Robinson is very down to earth and treats everyone equally and with respect. Positive and strong leadership from the top down makes the work environment very positive and enjoyable.
Cons
Simply not enough money. Although the work environment is positive and a place where I would love to stay, when the work hours are not consistent and the pay is horrible, it is not enough to keep staff. The pay rate for this sort of job has not changed at all in fifteen years where the pay rate for other fields is changing with the times. It is unfortunate because the work is enjoyable and the team is amazing.
