Mileage reimbursement about 20% of federal rate while putting tons of mileage and maintenance on your car, expected to use personal vehicle for job Raises were rare (every few years) - ask for what you want upfront Salary is based off of incentive, If not met you are penalized with 15% lower salary than agreed to

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
