Pros
Typical Medicaid billable hours agency. They do care about keeping good people but are hindered by corporate offices not allowing regular cost of living raises if they are not bringing in enough profit. If you work billable hour and can keep clients you can do well here, although they are starting to fall behind on what they can pay as a starting wage.
Cons
Primarily Medicaid billing so they are limited in revenue, which means they are limited in what they can offer in regard to pay and raises.
