      Loved my coworkers at my location.

      Cons

      Upper management is cliquey. Had no support from my supervisor and there was a huge disconnect between their words and their actions. Didn’t foster individual strengths of clinicians and appeared to only want mindless yes-men who never challenged or spoke out against questionable practices.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
