Pros

Easy to get job And high degree of independence

Cons

Program seems designed for clients to fail regulations are written to discharge patient who no-show in a way that it seems like they assume that everyone will eventually fail. Clinical supervisors were incredibly inexperienced and seemed more interested in generating numbers then supporting therapists. Pay is very low and company works hard to get out of paying you. There are no training opportunities or support for clinicians which is a dangerous situation when they hire so many unlicensed therapist. I felt like staying any longer at this company would be unhealthy and a risk to my career. Turnover is the highest I’ve ever seen at any organization. It cannot be good for clients.

Working and building relationships with the clients.
