Job had great flexibility doing Intensive In Home therapy. You collaborated on your schedule with your team and your clients and could create your own schedule. Autonomy and trust in clinical judgement displayed from leadership.

Cons

Used your own car and payed your own insurance with mileage reimbursement rates about half of the federal reimbursement rate.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
