      Pros

      The foster kids I worked with were amazing. There wasn’t a single kid I had a hard time connecting and working with.

      Cons

      Everything else. Pay was a joke. The others who had my position were kind and friendly, but every other department was cliquey, hostile, and petty whether you interacted with them much or not. Management had very little leadership skills and were power hungry. This company enables and encourages child abuse.

      Working and building relationships with the clients.

      Cons

      If the clients don’t come to school or if the parent cancels a session, you don’t get paid.
