Sadly, the country is experiencing a several therapist shortage which is increasing workloads, however, our leadership actively works to keep these manageable and provide necessary self-care. Our team is continuously reviewing compensation on both role and market bases to ensure we offer rates that are competitive within the parameters set by our state and federal contracts. While these limits are outside our control, we prioritize reinvesting in our valued Clarvida employees wherever and however possible.
