Prep work for class can take a disproportionately great amount of time, which translates to very little compensation for actual hours spent working. Employment as a tutor for Foundations and Essentials is only available while your children are enrolled in that program. Once your children age out, so do you. There really isn't anything that can change about this, because it's just he nature of the organization's structure. That said, it works.
