In response to your post: Our people are a core part of our social enterprise mission and something that I personally care very deeply about. I can tell you with the utmost sincerity that ever since our founding, we’ve strived to to do right by our people at every turn. We’re not perfect, we do make mistakes, but we have always kept our team’s well-being front of mind through all of the inevitable ups and downs of scaling a startup. As many later stage startups come to realize, it becomes necessary to be even more deliberate in your sales structuring to ensure the right balance between roles. As Classy has evolved, we too have had to make difficult decisions at times to ensure that we’re scaling in the right way. No decision is taken lightly though and all decisions are made so we can continue to provide as much value as possible to our nonprofit partners, now and into the future. Again, I want to thank you for sharing your thoughts here on Glassdoor. I realize it can’t be the case in every situation, but I genuinely do want every person to feel good about their time at Classy, regardless of the circumstance.
