      Pros

      The best thing you can find in this company is the CEO. If King is good then all the rule and regulation will be good. Even though he is in the top position, always leading a simple living with high thinking. I don't have experience with all the team leads, But my leads were always approachable for me. Learning is also good. Besides this you can find 1. Flexible timing 2. Job security 3. If you are really talented, you may also get chance to go abroad. Time to time many rules changes, but I am sure you will always find this company good as I mentioned the king is excellent person and excellent manager.

      Cons

      1. Like all the company, you still find little politics, But overall this company is good.

      Flexibility in work. My reporting manager is extremely accommodating which makes my work a pleasure.

      Only a few employees overseas, so no dedicated departments.

      # CTO direct & assertive approach, has a plan & mission.. # Excellent office environment # Opinions respected # Ideas listened to and implemented based on IT companies best practices # No top management politics n only meetings n no work.. # Here culture is like people brainstorm to work towards a same goal and management supports their decisions and gives a space to innovate and explore to get excel in their future projects.. # Sports arena and the tournaments during the years is a ++'s, here to show your talent
