Pros
1. Pool table , tt table - but always asked and taunt for why wasting time even employee complete his work and time as well 2. Flexible time but you always have to site more than 9 hours doing work only and you will get no recongnition for it. 3. Only pros if your bonding with team is good you will enjoy working dere - not included Manager.
Cons
1. Manager do nothing , not even get requirements and approval on the same. 2. No learning for those who are not go getter - no manager will help you to build up new skills even they will taunt on the same. 3. No training given, no KT provided even of somebody give you KT managers do not even check for is the complete information is given or not. 3. Higher management need to understand that they are in very high post in the company and should behave like so. Being down to earth is good but being too down and behave like ....... Is hell. Stop scolding people on floor alteast 4. HR please try to take some decisions by your own , otherwise only have recruiter profile in your company. 5. No employee engagement, employee grivences solve will help you. 6. If you say anything to improve the work condition that is worst because of team lead and manager do not involved in work and when deliverables come they scold. So HR will so nothing. 7. Cost cutting from our pli average of employees only get 50 or less % of pli whic is a part of our package and they will say you have not get pli because team performance is not good . Please pli is a part of my performance not team.
