Pay is not up to what it should be i do a lot two people job and get 18 a hour and was promised a pay increase and told that they don't pay much for tech even know we do 60 percent of customer service making the customer happy is our main goal I did that had great reviews from my boss and all the customers turn the service apartment around handle all the porter ordering went above and beyond and got told it wasn't worth more money because they don't like to pay tech
