Pros

Only good thing, always hiring. Can easily be promoted within department if you have a good head on your shoulders and have good attendance.

Cons

Horrible benefits. Vacation and PTO benefits are lacking! No sick time off. Too much required overtime. Burn out the workers. A lot of back-stabbing.

Pros

Benefits, Casual TM's, pay (for most TM's), A laid back environment. No dress code, no attendance rules, Bonuses every week. Team Leader pay, Career opportunities, depending on who you are, Schedule, work life balance.

Cons

Treatment from management at facilities and Home Office, Pay for TM's who do not have management in their job title but do the work, no recognition for the TMs behind the work that makes the mangers look good. The way that most, not all of managers, talk to the laborers, Frustration work environment, challenging.
