Pros

Good Pay Great Health insurance Good co-workers Work from home options CIO is great, very responsive to feedback, knows everyone by name.

Cons

Management it awful! They don't listen to the employees at all even when you give them written text/email examples of the types of issues you are having. Keep working it out between the two of you, which leds to most people not saying anything to the individual and eventually leaving. Example of a manager who has no business managing people, with the initials RB over the service desk. The person has lost several very talented individuals over the last few years because of her managerial style or lack of. Directors and VP's do not listen to the concerns and when they do nothing is done about it. If you want to have a better culture don't leave people in charge who can't manage.

Pros

Benefits, Casual TM's, pay (for most TM's), A laid back environment. No dress code, no attendance rules, Bonuses every week. Team Leader pay, Career opportunities, depending on who you are, Schedule, work life balance.

Cons

Treatment from management at facilities and Home Office, Pay for TM's who do not have management in their job title but do the work, no recognition for the TMs behind the work that makes the mangers look good. The way that most, not all of managers, talk to the laborers, Frustration work environment, challenging.
