Pros
Just like the headline, time = money. If you want to work 55-60 hours a week including weekends, you can make well over 100k a year. Good trainings. Decent benefits. Time in the office is generally stress free if you do things the right way and have a good GM.
Cons
It's a game of who knows who. You can be at the top of the charts of company sales for years and never advance. Unless you're hired to come directly in management, expect to sit in a sales seat your entire time there. Upper management is entangled with family members in HR, where a lot of issues are hush-hushed. Practices are outdated. You'll work 3 Saturdays a month, sometimes 4. Gossip is just as bad as a HS cafeteria in most cases. Pay scales are continuously dropped over time, which keeps top earners from making more money. Expect to work, work, work if you want to make anything above $50k a year.
