Pros

For Field Engineers there is a lot of opportunity to see multiple industries and experience a lot of different places. The travel keeps it interesting and each project can be unique. There is room to grow and advance, however, unless you go out and grab those opportunities you can be passed by. The benefits are good; health insurance, 401k, health savings accounts for things not covered, and flexible schedules are all part of it.

Cons

The travel for a field engineer can be a bit much and is potentially the biggest drawback. Pay is on the lower end, but the flexible schedule makes up for it in my opinion.

Pros

It is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, Current leadership is very in tune with doing things to keep employees engaged, feel more appreciated, and more satisfied in their jobs. Improvements in salaries, benefits, and overall morale make this a great place to work! Excellent benefits, including dental and vision, which was just added this past year. Business has been booming thanks to our innovative teams and supportive leadership.

Cons

Things have been improving steadily, so not really any cons.

Pros

Good Coworkers, good experience for building a resume, and travel opportunity.

Cons

Excessive Travel, low compensation vs workload, expected 24/7 availability from clients, and long hours in the field. Overall low work-life balance. Lackluster bonuses/compensation increases.
