      Pros

      Single person need to handle multiple projects in same time which creates so much stress/pressure. Management/company is new to IT industry and they strucked with 20 years old IT industry mindset. Start talking to employees and take I/p about management and managers. everyone is joining for only single reason by hearing its a product based company but, no where company working as product based company. Management needs to understand how current IT is working. Saying No is a sin here, from that movement you will get cornered with dirty politics They will give laptops but wont give WFH option.

      Cons

      Stop thinking company paying you need to work attitude. management need to realize every employee have personal life and stop pressurizing the employees with heavy work load.

      Pros

      Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

      Cons

      You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
