Pros

- Work culture does not pressure employees into working past scheduled hours. Good for work/life balance. - Mostly self-directed work. - Helpful coworkers. - There are always openings for similar positions in other parts of the country if you want to move elsewhere without losing job security. - Lots of safety training.

Cons

- Very high turnover. No room for upward career growth from a project manager position unless you want to do sales. - Company is way too decentralized/siloed. It seems like we have 50 VP's, and they're all in different parts of the US. - There's always an issue with the finances. The company is always behind on some financial goal and has to get everyone stressed about it. Employees in field-based positions with absolutely no accounting knowledge are supposed to understand financial processes and rules and help the company make its profits. - Constant tech issues. - Benefits and pay are not competitive with other employers. - Actual job training for a project manager position is almost non-existent and depends on you being lucky enough to have helpful coworkers who will teach you how to do your job. - They will tell you that you need a college degree to be a PM, but 75% of your coworkers and superiors' emails will read like a 4th grader wrote them.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
