Pros

My co-workers and my immediate supervisor were good and easy to get along with people.

Cons

The possibility of long, inconsistent hours. You would never know if you were going to have a free night or not. Their business model made performing contracted jobs seem rushed and below standard quality. Safety is not the number 1 concern no matter what you see, speed/money is number 1. With the environments you're placed in, you'd expect to be paid more.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
