Pros

Willing to hire for entry level roles without much experience and then provide training. Pay is above average to attract people to remote location. Safety program is better than average.

Cons

Advancement opportunities beyond entry-level appear to be difficult to attain. Raises are very small and not reflective of cost of living. Difficult to move to another department. Old and outdated equipment that needs replacing. Dangerous driving done by van drivers.

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
