Pros

Pay is good, if you only live for the Job. 6 week rotation and all other P.T.O. is dependent on getting approval for the time off and the company's needs always are more important than the hourly no matter what you have going on. Missing holidays and family stuff is a given. "Welcome to the Haubors"( Boston accent)is what you hear from long time employees. It's a going joke when the company says one thing (written policy) and does the opposite.

Cons

It went from being a career the first 2 years to a job the following 2 years to a paycheck the remainder of my time there. So disappointing, they in remediation have potential but with the general managers and v.p and then the jokes that are supervisors. Those guys couldn't find their way out of a bag, which most of them are in most of the time. We had a female on our crew and that woman took so much crap from the crew and supervisors. No diversity, felt bad for her

Pros

Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

Cons

You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
