Pros

Great flexibility. If you are doing your job well there are rewards for it. Ability to grow relationships with co-workers and fun client driven events. A lot of opportunities to try different positions and learn different aspects of operation.

Cons

Can be stressful for month end. Overall benefits are lacking and clear structure for duties could be better outlined. Culture is not going to fit everyone (construction industry)

Plenty of work and overtime is always available if your willing to work it schedule is good 5am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm flexible schedules

Cons

No pto and no paid vacation for hourly employees.only salary employess get pto and paid vacation there is no 401k matching,insurance is decent
