Pros

You may gain some experience but it's unlikely.

Cons

Management dies not care for staff as long as delivery dates are met even if they are unrealistic. Expect outdated processes that don't really work and procedures that overly burden the staff and are not well thought put. If you are looking for a place to get burned out quickly, this is it.

We recognize that COVID supply chain disruption in the last year and a half put huge pressure on operations. This combined with the stress of COVID precautions was hard on everybody. We understand that may not have felt fair that our customer delivery requirements were not changed. We appreciate each person who contributed to getting us through a very rough year and keeping our on-time delivery at 99.7% despite huge disruptions.

Pros

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Cons

The facility that I work in is slightly understaffed.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
