Pros

Clear Align is a fantastic company to work for if you’re driven and take pride in the quality of your work. The only people who complain about management are the ones who think it’s acceptable to do mediocre work, because obviously they’re going to hear about it. I personally appreciate that our managers take the time to make sure that we’re doing a good job, and that they give us recognition when we actually deserve it. There’s nothing worse for morale than managers who buddy up with certain employees and only give them praise because they’re friends with them. I can say with certainty that my performance has improved since I started working here. I was already the type of person who hated underperforming because it’s a waste of time for everyone involved, and being held accountable for things I overlooked helped me to prevent any mistakes before I made them. Without getting honest feedback, I know for a fact that I’d take nowhere near as much pride in my work as I do now.

Cons

For people who are just looking for an easy paycheck without putting in any real effort, this job is stressful. Make sure you have you have a good work ethic and are able to take constructive criticism before you apply to work here.

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Cons

The facility that I work in is slightly understaffed.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
